Job Description
The Product Engineer will be a member of an engineering team responsible for GaN HEMT RF power device packaging processes, documentation and data analysis.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain device packaging processes and documentation
Responsible for back-end transistor production travelers
Generate and report detailed yield analysis with Pareto charts and distribution plots
Accuracy and integrity of production data
Spearhead process changes with review board
Interface between design engineering, semiconductor fabrication, and package assembly groups. Provide detailed yield feedback between these groups.
Generate regular status reports

Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering
5+ years experience with semiconductor product packaging
US citizenship or permanent resident status

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering
Background in semiconductor fabrication
Demonstrated track record of working in a production environment with volume products
Experience with industry standard software CAD and analysis tools: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Jump
Flexibility with working hours
Excellent communication and team skills

SUMMARY:
Looking for someone with solid RF experience in a variety of roles (Test, Process, Product). The preference would be for this person to have worked on high-power transistors such as MOSFETs and HEMTs. This person should have a high level of intelligence for the position, yet also have a solid personality to interact with a variety of different departments.
